Braces use brackets attached to wires to encourage teeth to move. Alignment is a series of tight-fitting custom-made mouthpieces that slip over the teeth series Apparent conservative alignments are typically used for patients who have mild or moderately crowded teeth or slight differential issues. They are made of a clear plastic or acrylic material and fit tightly on the teeth, but can be removed for feeding, brushing, and flossing. You will get a new aligner every few weeks to move the teeth to the desired position. Misaligned teeth should not only be treated in children and adolescents but also in adults - not only for aesthetic but also for medical reasons. Especially if the misalignment has already led to excessive wear and tear on healthy teeth if the aesthetics or dental hygiene suffers from this misalignment, or if it leads to muscle tension, headache, and neck pain, or snoring. Inconspicuous braces are usually very important to patients, which is why we offer not only classic metal brackets, but also tooth-colored ceramic brackets and barely visible, transparent splints (aligners). Our brackets are exclusively self-ligating (shorter treatment time, no discoloring “rubbers” necessary) and we use highly elastic wires, which guarantee gentle and even force output during tooth movements. Clear Aligners

This is a prospective multicenter study with a maximum duration of 24 months or longer, depending on the refinement, to assess the safety and effectiveness of 3M Clear Aligners with the use of attachments to correct misaligned teeth. The subject population for this study consists of male and female subjects aged 14 and over. Subjects who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria are asked to participate in the study. Up to 180 subjects can participate in up to 12 different clinical research locations (up to 15 subjects per location). Subjects will have a goal of up to 24 months (or longer, depending on the refinement) of treatment to align the teeth with the planned goal. The subjects wear the clear aligners for at least 22 hours per day, with the exception of the consumption of meals and drinks, with the exception of water, which may be consumed while wearing the aligners. Every 6 Weeks In the period between follow-up visits, subjects wear each set of Clear Aligners for 2 weeks. in

Teeth can not only be straightened with fixed brackets or loose brackets, but also with plastic splints. These "aligners" are in great demand, but they have limits. The essentials in brief: The plastic splint is pushed over the row of teeth and worn for one to two weeks, 20 to 22 hours a day. Then the next rail follows until the desired result is achieved. Scientific evidence on this form of treatment is rare. The advantage is a short treatment time. The splints are usually only suitable for correcting slight misalignments. A woman has clear braces in her hand and holds them in front of her mouth. How do invisible aligners work? Who is this type of correction suitable for? How much does it cost? How useful are aligners? What are the risks? More on the subject How do invisible aligners work? After a dental examination, the teeth are scanned. The desired correction is calculated from this data and usually visualized (before-and-after simulation). Patients receive several splin

Aligner: Invisible aligners for adults

More and more adults prefer this discreet type of treatment when their teeth are misaligned. Aligners, also known as aligners, are becoming increasingly popular, especially with adults. They correct misaligned teeth discreetly and without any restrictions in everyday life. In this article, you will find all information about the topic of dental splints. Among other things, you will learn that an aligner treatment can last 9 to 18 months. Tooth correction with aligners is less painful than with fixed braces. the costs of an aligner treatment amount to several thousand euros. The principle of tooth splints Aligners are  removable, wafer-thin, transparent tooth splints made of plastic.  They bring the teeth into the desired position. Individual aligners are adapted for each patient. To do this, an impression of your teeth is first taken. The aligner is then modeled using special 3-D software. Depending on the course of treatment, you will receive  3 to 9 individual splints per jaw.  The
